On this website you can explore some of Elisabeth Klein‘s artistic outcome. She extensively performed music from the 20th century and specialised in performing works of contemporary composers. She had an interest in sharing this music with the younger generations of musicians, helping them overcome the challenge (both technically and artistically) of interpreting these works. Her passion for contemporary music stems, in large, from the years leading up to WW2 in Budapest where she was a piano student of Bela Bartok. He left an immense influence on her formative musical education, lasting her entire career and life.
